Living With Sister: Monochrome Fantasy begins when your father decides to embark on a new adventure. As the eldest son, you’ll have new burdens to shoulder. In his absence, you’ll have to take your sick little sister under your wings and make sure she has everything she needs. Like your sire, you dreamed of becoming an illustrious adventurer, but for now, your first mission will be to take on a series of odd jobs to support yourself and your sister.
As the plot progresses, you’ll become a member of the town’s adventurers’ guild. With this new responsibility, your job will be to protect the inhabitants by hunting down the monsters that threaten their safety. Every battle you engage in will boost your performance. During the evenings, when you return home, you’ll be in charge of household chores. That’s where Living With Sister: Monochrome Fantasy really comes into its own. You’ll have to learn how to manage your finances, interact with your sister and perhaps solve the mystery surrounding her illness.
The game also offers you a range of choices for shaping your character in your own image. You’ll also be able to perform tasks such as cooking, cleaning and much more. In terms of design, the game is in black and white, manga-style, which makes it even more captivating. The characters’ expressions are well brought out, adding depth to the plot.
